So due the latest mandate (illegal) vaccination in the workplace both in Australia and New Zealand is causing major issues. The rights of the individuals are being stripped away through coercion and discrimination and people are being railroaded without full disclosure. Would love to hear any feedback

It will be interesting to see what the next step is now that mandates are being dropped for some and vax passports appear to be becoming a thing of the past.

To add to this thread around forced Vaccinations.
It appears that forced vaccinations were directed by the MBIE with Worksafe the threat to enforce it. I thought it was very clever of the Government to get their Department to get the CEO of my Health Company to fire me for non-compliance of it's vaccine mandate which was manipulated through a very hastily thought out vaccine policy. Now they are short staffed. How many people will have to be vaccinated in order to take on the job I was removed from. Will they remove the vaccine policy in time in order to survive as a Company. Some of my former colleagues are stating they wont get a booster which means they will have to get other jobs which may be in short supply. Bring on the Common Law Courts.
